Postage and Packaging
Teague Precision Chokes Ltd aims to despatch all stock items quickly and securely to our customers at the best price available. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
All orders will be shipped from the U.K. with UPS. Orders under $800 should clear customs quickly and not be subject to any import duties or further costs.
UPS Standard - $14.95
Orders received by midday will be despatched same day (subject to availability).
Some delivery options may not be available for certain areas.
All orders for products are subject to availability. If any item you order is not in stock we will let you know by email or telephone as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel an order placed with Teague Precision Chokes Ltd please return the confirmation email to us stating your wish to cancel the order or phone one of our team on 01666 841 496 between 8am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.
Teague Precision Chokes Ltd regrets that it is unable to offer a refund on personalised or made to measure goods products unless they are faulty. All returns must be made within 21 days from the item being received and in original, undamaged condition.
Teague Precision Chokes Ltd cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. We would therefore ask that you ship your return in a traceable manner. If we find that the product has been returned and is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% from the original selling price for the refund amount.
All returns being sent back to Teague Precision Chokes Ltd are at the expense of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Please be aware that goods ordered for overseas can vary with delivery depending on the import/exports of your country.
